By purchasing from KTP Creations, you agree to the following:

 

1. Custom Orders & Mock-Ups

Because every KTP Creations item is made with care, all custom and personalized orders include a design mock-up before production begins. Please note that this does not apply to simple name additions, such as adding a name to the sleeve of a base product.

• A mock-up will be sent to the email provided with your order.

• You’ll have 1 business day (24 hours) from the time the email is sent to confirm or request changes.

• If no response is received within that time, we’ll assume you’re happy with the design and move forward with production.

2. Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any production begins. This ensures materials and time are secured for your custom order.

3. Turnaround & Shipping

The KTP Creations schedule runs on a weekly cycle:

• Tuesdays: Typical production day

• Fridays: Typical shipping or local delivery day

Turnaround time may vary depending on the day your order is placed.

Please note:

• KTP Creations currently does not provide tracking information.

• Once your order is shipped or delivered to the carrier, KTP Creations is not responsible for shipping delays or damages that may occur in transit.

4. Exchanges & Satisfaction

Because most products are made-to-order and personalized, returns are not accepted.

However:

• Exchanges are available for non-personalized products only.

• If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., a defect or mistake on my part), please contact me at ktpcreations@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your item.

I will work with you to make it right — whether that means remaking the product or finding another fair solution.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and artwork created by KTP Creations are original and owned by KTP Creations.

Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell any designs, images, or products for commercial use.
